We are pleased to present you a product innovation from the VESDA-E family, which saves you time-consuming wiring work!
The highly efficient aspirating smoke detectors have been equipped with a built-in esserbus® transponder for direct integration into the esserbus®. By means of a factory-fitted adapter card on which an esserbus special detector transponder is installed, the aspirating smoke detector can directly transmit up to four status messages to the fire alarm control panel. Only an external power supply and the connection of the esserbus ring cable is requared. This eliminates the need for further hardware assembly and significantly reduces installation time.
The installed special detector transponder is recognized as such via tools8000 and can be programmed and commissioned as usual. An assignment of the output functions is predefined for the FlexES Control but can be edited. On an IQ8Control, operation is only possible without the pre-alarm function.
The new combination of aspirating smoke detectors from the VESDA-E EBTI series are certified by VdS (G214010).
